The Grout Tube brings the added value of safety by eliminating personal exposure to the toxic fumes and dust generated from potentially hazardous machine cutting of the typically used PVC tube and steel spiral duct.

Spiral Duct is used widely in the concrete construction industry, mainly for grout tubes. Plastic solutions can supply Spiral Duct from 40mm up to 150mm Diameter in 0.3 BMT. We stock 40mm -70mm in 2.5m & 5.8m crates. However we can have any diameter and length supplied upon request.

PVC Bends and Pipes

PVC Bends and Pipe are commonly used in conjunction with Steel Spiral Duct for making Grout tubes. We stock 88⁰ PVC Bends in 50mm and 75mm, but we have access to a whole range of PVC Fittings and Pipe upon request.

Plastic Solutions stock Caps and locators to suit 50mm Diameter Grout tubes up to 70mm. If you require an odd size we don’t stock, we can have them made or source them elsewhere for you.

Unslotted Polydrain and low density conduit used for flexible grout tubes and post tensioning. Stocked in 19mm and 50mm Diameter. Other sizes available upon request.
